Board Crooving Machine Arie 900
The machine is used for milling up to 6 grooves in one run into boards (thickness 1.5 – 4.0 mm). The groove depth is infinitely adjustable and the maximum depth should be at least 0.5 mm smaller as the board thickness itself. The untreated boards are placed in the magazine without stopping the machine, as the cardboard is taken from the bottom of the magazine.
Board Cutting Machine BCF 1240
The machine is used for cutting board (thickness 1, 5 mm – 4, 00 mm), maximum board size 1240 mm x 1100 mm into small blanks (minimum sizes min. 100 mm x 150 mm).
In the first step the large board sheets are fed manual into the machine and cut into long board strips. Up to 8 knives can be used.
Metal Edge Protection Machine KS 70
The KS 70 is pressing a steel strip around the edges of a file.
Laminated file covers are placed in the magazine and feed into the machine. The steel strip is cut from the jumbo roll, placed and pressed around the file edge.
The KS 70 has a production speed of 70 files a minute and is therefore the ideal inline machine for the high speed file production lines.
We overhaul and modify also used edge protection machines type Sükama and Hörauf AP1.
Metal Edge Protection Machine KS 1000
