Board Crooving Machine Arie 900

The machine is used for milling up to 6 grooves in one run into boards (thickness 1.5 – 4.0 mm). The groove depth is infinitely adjustable and the maximum depth should be at least 0.5 mm smaller as the board thickness itself. The untreated boards are placed in the magazine without stopping the machine, as the cardboard is taken from the bottom of the magazine.

The feed rollers transport the board over the rotating milling shaft. Above each milling knife is an individual adjustable pressing tool, therefore it is possible to mill different deep grooves in the board. The milling dust is extracted and collected in a separate container.

The milled board is automatically dropped on a stack table.
